Greenfield Online
December 10, 2006Greenfield Online offers cash as well as sweepstakes entries for completed surveys. I have been a member of this panel for several years now, and I have to say its pretty good as far as online survey panels go. They don’t spam you with email, and they only send emails when they have surveys that match your profile. Most of their surveys pay between $2 and $10, but they sometimes have focus group surveys that pay a lot more. When I first joined the panel I would take all of the surveys they offered, the cash and sweepstakes ones. I never won any of the sweepstakes surveys, and I was getting so many of the paid surveys that I just focused on the paid survey offers. I generally qualify for enough surveys to make at least $25 dollars a month, an average of about 5 surveys, with each survey taking about 20 minutes or so. There surveys cover many topics including reviews of movies, technology products, financial, etc. They do a pretty good job of giving you surveys that match your profile.
All in all, I think these guys are okay, and they always pay in a timely manners.

I just started doing the Greenfield Online surveys. So far, I’ve only earned sweepstakes entries but can’t find anywhere on their site or via google what exactly these sweepstakes prizes are (or a winner’s list). Any ideas? Thanks!

You can find more information about the sweepstakes at their web site http://www.greenfieldonline.com. It states that all qualified Greenfield Online members are entered into a twice-monthly sweepstakes to win up to $4,000 in cash rewards, just for being a member. In addition you get extra entries for completing the sweepstakes only surveys. They used to post the winners list in the members area, but now you must send an email to “Winners List” at Greenfield Online to get that information. After you take a couple of the sweepstakes surveys, they will start mixing in paid surveys, $2, $5 and sometimes $10 dollar surveys. I had to take about three or four of the sweepstakes surveys before I got the paid ones. But I have heard of people getting them right of the bat, too. It really depends on the profile they are looking for so just hang in there.

I have been trying to get a reward payout issue resolved since July. According to my account, a payment was processed, however, I never initiated it or received my payout. I keep getting the runaround from greenfield and no clear answers from anyone. Does anyone know how to contact this company and get a real person to handle a real problem.
