Agreed Alicia!
Opinion Outpost has really went downhill in all aspects. Customer Service is terrible, one OFTEN spends the better part of an hour taking a survey only to be told it is closed or you did not qualify. I have touted this site as a great place to take surveys for several years now, I now withdraw all comments with the exception of yes they do actually pay out a check for redeemed points. Other than that they have become oblivious to their patrons concerns and problems, even going so far as to tell us ahead of time they have surrendered all points awards guidelines and rules to their "partner sites" when taking a survey. This means if the partner chooses, while taking a survey you can be excluded for awards even after completing the survey.

Opinion Outpost has gone from one of the best to one of the worst survey sites in 6 short months. They will no doubt find themselves fading into obscurity if they do not make drastic changes in short order.

I always liked them, but lately, I am fed up. I have completed numorous surveys, only to get to the end, be thanked, and then when I get back to the Opinion Outpost site to receive credit, it says it was full... happened again last night on a $7.50 survey, that I stayed up 'til after midnight completing. I am fed up!

I seemed to have fallen out of favor with opinion outpost. I have received many many checks from them and have been asked to do many surveys in the past. But in the last 3 or 4 months I have received 2 invitations.
Maybe they don't want the opinion of a crabby 44 year old man. LOL
But I assure anyone, in the years I have been with them they have been very good to me with few problems.

No I have not ever won, but the prizes are very low paying, and the odds are incredibly bad (imagine how many people do not qualify) but to say no one wins is incredibly dim. Call this number : 877-254-1234 and ask for a copy of the winners from the drawings. You are being offered something even though you do not qualify for anything and you doubt anyone wins.... typical, I imagine you don't qualify for many surveys either..

has anyone ever actually won a cash drawing or instant cash if you didn't qualify for the survey? I have always chosen the donate option because I am doubtful that anyone ever wins the other two. also, odds of winning are never given.

I've been doing surveys on 5 different sites for the past several months and this one still ranks the best in my book...I've made over $200 from them. The only surveys you have to look out for are the ones they do sponsored by OTX...they take forever and the pay isn't worth it!

Yep Not much question if they pay anymore. And they have nearly tripled the amount of surveys offered in the past 5 months or so, it can add up fast at that rate!

Well I've been a long time member now, still like opinion outpost, except for one thing.. The OTX sponsored surveys. They are a bad company and place tracking cookies that follow your travels from website to website (The bad kind of cookie) and have loaded Trojan Viruses (as defined by Symantec-Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, Spybot S&D and Trend Micro) I have repeatedly shown Opinion Outpost numerous articles on the unscrupulous nature of OTX as presented by Kaspersky, Trend Micro, and Norton but it is always the single subject they will not reply to me about. ANY other question and they have answered, mention OTX and never receive a reply. So apparently OTX sponsored surveys must pay Opinion Outpost enough that they do not care.
Other than that complaint to date I have received $275.00 to date from Opinion Outpost
