Lots of Improvements with Greenfield Online’s Survey Panel

I have to admit that I had enough with Greenfield Online for a while, the small number of cash surveys, little or no rewards, and no response to emails. But recently, I have noticed a big improvement and I must say I am quite pleased. They are now sending regular paying surveys ranging from $2 to $10 per survey weekly, and it seems that the actual survey quality has increased a bit. They now start out each survey with an question box which asked you if you are going to be honest with your responses, which I think is important so that they can maintain the credibility of the the survey results.

Furthermore they have completely redone their member’s area, and now you have acccess to a new help center where you can find answers to many question. I especially like the new MailBag - Ask Caitlan page where you can find questions and answers from other users, plus submit your own. The member’s area has many other features like the ability to see past sweepstakes winners, the ability to read bios on the Greenfield Online Staff, access to current survey offerings, and much much more.

If you are a current member, but have not checked them out in a while, then you might want to go to the site and update your member profiles, they have added a few. If you are not already a member and you are a US Resident (age 13 or older) interested in taking paid surveys online then can join by using this Greenfield Online registration link. If you are not a US resident, you can join the CIAO survey panel, which is a Greenfield Online Company that host international online survey panels. You can find more information and registration links on international Greenfield panels on the Greenfield Review page.

    Not much of an improvement!!!!

I was “accepted” into a THREE MONTH LONG survey of which I diligently filled out every day for 3 months. When asked when I was supposed to get the $100 compensation promised in the email, I was told that my email wasn’t on the list and I wasn’t getting it.

That’s ridiculous. Why wasn’t I disqualified right at the beginning instead of wasting my time for 3 months? AND, it was over the holidays!

I won’t be dealing with these guys anymore - and I am certainly willing to diss them every chance I get.
