Although the website states: “You must also be a legal resident of the country you designate during the registration process”, it doesn’t allow you to register if your zip code is not American

Yes, I know that it reads that way, but I believe the panel is currently limited to US and Canadian residents. I will try to update with a clarification on this.

I received survey invitations, but I can’t log on. It says user isn’t eligible for this survey.

Be forewarned. You will receive many survey invitations. Qualify for very few and those that you do qualify for will remain “open” for lengthy periods of time causing you to not be credited for completion of the survey.

Also I have experienced the “glich” where is states I am an unauthorized user more times than I would like and CS will acknowledge the problem but offers no solutions to correct the situation.

No, Sorry Mindfield Online is currently only available for US and Canadian residents.
