If you have completed at least $5 worth of completed surveys, you can redeem your balance for Cash via a mailed check payment.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to http://www.surveyspot.com and login to the members area. If you forgot your password click on the reminder link
2. Once in the member's are, click on the Review Your Unclaimed Rewards Link
3. Near the bottom of the page you will see the link: Click here to request your eligible payments.
4. Click the link and you will get two options: Pay Me or Donate to Charity
5. Make your selection and then hit continue.
6. Next you will get to a page where you must verify your address. Make any changes if necessary and hit continue.
7. Finally you will get a final confirmation page. Just hit confirm and your are done!
8. You should receive your check in the mail within four to six weeks.
9. You can click on the Payment History Tab in the member's area to track your payments.
