Brand Institute, provides extensive global panel of professional and consumer target audience respondents for all industries, with a special focus in the health care industry. The panel currently has over 7 million members worldwide all of their surveys, and their feedback aids in the development of products and services in the health care industry and beyond. They pay cash (anywhere from $5 to $30 or more) per completed survey via check or PayPal. They have panels both for medical and consumers so everyone is welcome to join.

At first, I never seemed to qualify for these surveys. However, in the past week, I have received two survey opportunities. Both of which I qualified for and received $5 each for them. Their surveys typically take about 25 minutes to complete. However, the one drawback with this site… you have to have a great memory to complete them. After going halfway through the survey, they tend to ask you to recall which test product names you can recall! So, that is the biggest drawback! But, on a positive, I have noticed that they do have some higher paying surveys. ($15+)

I registered with this panel more than 5months ago and I am yet to receive one survey invitation from them.I have heard that they pay well and are a good site,but my experience with them is the exact opposite.It was a waste of time joining them.

I’am very happy with this survey company.
I receive quite a few surveys, all of which are very intersting and i enjoy doing them.I have had quite a few high paying surveys also!
Payments have always been rewarded and i have never had a problem, customer service is great too, i plan on being a member for a long time to come.

i have a hard time qualifying for there surveys. so i have not been paid there member support is great.

I have gotten a few surveys from this one…but unfortunately I have not qualified, yet for any! I have not been a member for a long period of time, however! I do look forward to when I do qualify because the pay is pretty nice in comparison to the low pay outs of other sites! I hope to eventually become a regualar active survey taker here! Customer service is on top of things here, it seems…which is always a plus!

I have been a member of this panel for 1 year and I have only qualified for one $2 survey. I have tried to qualify for several others, but never qualified. They did pay quickly by check. The survey was interesting and easy to go through. I just recently, in the past month, emailed the member support to find out if there was further information that I could supply to qualify for more surveys or at least get invitations. The email stated that they had so many panelists that it will take more time for more surveys to come. It was not a very friendly email, just one sentence and to the point. That’s the only support experience I have had with this panel.

I am not pleased with this panel at all and would not recommend it, unless you don’t mind getting one qualifying survey a year.

I enjoyed the survey I took. It was was interesting and triggered my creative mind to think. As for the payment processing, the check payment did reach me this August. When I reached out to their support for the payment processing via e-mail, she was prompt in responding and very courteous. I would definitely continue with Brand Institute…

Overall I think Brand Institute is pretty good. My only gripe with them is that their surveys are not too frequent and it can sometimes be hard to qualify for their surveys. Even still, I have managed to earn several $5 payments and one $10 payment, and was paid in a timely manner via PayPal. I think this is definitely a panel to join if you have a medical background or have some medical condition, because many of the surveys seem to be related to that area.

I had forgotten I was even a member of this panel until I recently received an invite from them. I didn’t qualify to complete the survey, but, while there, I logged into my account and checked my history. I must admit I was kind of amused by what I discovered – I have received a whopping three survey invitations from this company in five years. I only qualified for the first, about dishwashing detergent, for which the payment was $10. Pretty nice for one survey, but $10 in five years doesn’t sound quite as impressive. I qualify for a lot of surveys with most panels, but I am clearly not Brand’s ideal demographic. I’m a suburban midwestern mom; someone with different credentials might have better luck.
