I only qualified for the first, about dishwashing detergent, for which the payment was $10. Pretty nice for one survey, but $10 in five years doesn't sound quite as impressive. I qualify for a lot of surveys with most panels, but I am clearly not Brand's ideal demographic. The email stated that they had so many panelists that it will take more time for more surveys to come. It was not a very friendly email, just one sentence and to the point. That's the only support experience I have had with this panel.
