This survey site is not as good as others, not enough surveys, and, customer service is not at all responsive.
payments are slow in my opinion, this is at the bottom of my list.

I have been a member for some time here, now…and truthfully, I have only recieved a couple of surveys that just haven’t worked out for me. It seems that the offers, were low, for the length of the actual surveys. I am still holding out hope for this one, however….I need more surveys! I had emailed at one point and never received a response, so I am not sure to why, but possibly or accidentily it was overlooked. It seems to be a reputable company, however, maybe they need to expand the marketing and get more available surveys to the members!

they are not the best in my opinion. there are not a whole lot of surveys and the pay is kinda low.

I had actually forgotten about this site. I went to sign up and Lo and behold I am already a member. Apparently they don’t send surveys very frequently and to the best of my knowledge I don’t remember ever having been paid by them. I would have to say, imo, that it just isn’t one of the better survey sites.

Suggestion:The site’s link isn’t available in the e-mailed survey invitations, as there is with the majority of survey companies; suggested is there be a link in order that the members may readily access their accounts,should they wish to review their balance, or pending reward’s status; additionally: Absent is a “log in” area (I’ve not seen one);suggested is there be a Member’s “log-in” and “log-out” option.

I have been a member of this site for a long time now. They do send occassional surveys. The surveys always are interesting and easy to answer. The frequency of surveys however is well below average. The compensation is average for the time involved in answering. They do pay by paypal, which is nice.
The site does not have any way you can log in though. There is no way to “track” on their site what you have made or what you still have pending, that is all on you. That’s not essential per say, but usually it’s nice to see when you are waiting for money.
The members support area on their site is average at best. They don’t really have much of a website.
So, all in all, it’s not the best site out there, but I do get paid for the few surveys I get via paypal and they always pay. It’s worth it for a few bucks a year, but not a lot of money.

I have been with ESearch for about 9 months or so, and to be honest I cannot remember the last survey that was even sent to me to complete. They hardly ever send surveys. However, when they do, they are quick to credit your paypal account. I still do the surveys when I get them, because, money is money right ! If you are looking to make a lot of money, then this is not the site you are looking for.
