I have been a member for 6 months in spite of the the poor reviews I read on the internet about this company. I've received a couple of surveys a month offering $3-6 per survey. Took the surveys and NEVER received payment. When I check my survey history, it shows I've taken the surveys, BUT shows the payments. I have emailed customer twice in the past and never received a response. I checked my account today and found something laughable...it shows I completed a survey in March of 2007. I wasn't even a member at that time!!! This survey site is useless and a waste of time. I can't comment on the timelliness of payment because I haven't recieved any payment and I haven't used their support. Their member area is easy enough to navigate though.
