I enjoy using the Greenfield online site. The survey’s are interesting and not too long/short and relevant. I do find however that they are pretty scarce compared to other companies I’m with. The quality and compensation is great The crediting was fast and I would like to have more survey’s to complete through Greenfield!!

I have been a member of Greenfield online for over a year. Although I have not had any direct horrifying experiences with them, I can honestly say that I have had very little experience, instead. This site sends out fewer surveys than most of the other sites I belong to. Most of the surveys I receive are not for cash, but to be entered into drawings. The few I have received for an award, I did not make it past the screener. It seems that they have two many members in comparison to their offerings. Although the site, itself, is neatly designed…there is not much to do or not many ways to expand on survey completions. I don’t want this to create alot of negativity, because others have probably had great luck here, however, I just am not seeing where all the surveys are!

Greenfield online has interesting surveys but not enough. Payment is timely, I just wish they would offer more surveys. Admin is somewhat slow to respond, also.

I think I would have given great ratings on all aspects, but I started having problems about a month ago. They updated their system, and suddenly I can’t do any of their surveys on my work computer. I am able to do it on my home computer, that is, when someone else isn’t on it. It’s entirely possible that the problem is on my end, but I give low marks for the poor customer service. I was just about written off by tech support over e-mail even though I’m good and try to do every survey (even though the payout isn’t great). I also don’t like the new homepage. Instead of choosing which survey to do from a list, it gives you the next one available only. I’ll keep trying, but I’m not far from writing them off.

Greenfield at one time was a very good survey site. Lately there survey are lacking. They are have more surveys geared to entries then they do for money. Its gotten to the point you will do surveys more for the sake of doing them then for compensation.

I get bombed with surveys for a drawing. Some of these surveys take forever to complete and all it is for a drawing. Even worse, now every time after verifying my name I get a message stating there is a problem with the survey. I have written to them several times and no response. To me this site is a waste of time.

Greenfield started off strong but has been a disappointment lately. It seem about the only thing you can get for taking a survey is a sweepstakes entry. There really is no incentive to complete a survey because you get a sweepstakes entry regardless. It is a good site for interactive group sessions paying $20-$30 and that is about the only reason I have stayed with them. They have promised to make some changes in response to panelists complaints and concerns. There are plenty of surveys to take, if you like the reward of a sweepstakes entry. Greenfield is among the worst in timeliness of payment

I’m just about done with this one. Like others, I’ve received mainly sweepstakes entries.
It’s just not worth my time - and getting to qualify can be a real pain a lot of times.
I’ve cashed out the teeny bit of money I’ve earned and am a step away from just giving up on it and turning towards better sites.

cheap cheap cheap they wanted me to do a survey that ran an hour for $1.00 another site offered me $10.00 for the exact same survey. Takes 8 weeks to get paid. Customer service is a joke as far as they are concerned they are perfect everyone else is screwed up

Ugh, a terrible survey panel. Unless you like to waste 10-20 minutes taking surveys JUST to be entered into a sweepstakes draw, this site isin’t worth two damned cents. I find that I get bombarded with surveys, and when I mean bombarded, I mean getting flooded with a huge quantity of them. Also, using the wrong browser can cause a survey to get an error. Not recommended unless your an extremely lucky person (and win sweepstakes draws…)

all them surveys are non paying, just entry to drawing, I been doing 1000 of survey for them for 3 years, and all I got is $5 in 3 years, that”s all
what a shame

their surveys are LONG! i tried with them but the surveys just kept going and i got more and more frustrated with the repetitiveness. i’d think, ‘there can’t be more to this’ and on the next screen there’d be =another= page of densely asked questions. i swear, sometimes they would take 40-50 minutes. for a sweepstakes entry? i unsubscribed after several of these. i get greenfield surveys from inbox, and they’re actually sorter than those from greenfield directly, and at least pay a buck! i’d stay far away from greenfield unless you just enjoy doing them for nothing.

I have been a member for over two years and I think I have five dollars earned. They send many surveys, but offer only sweepstakes entrys or minimal payment. I belong to many other surveying groups and have earned at least $50 to over $100 dollars from any other groups in this period for doing many less surveys!

This is by far the WORST survey site I’ve been on. They have surveys all the time, but they’re only for entries into their prize drawing. I have gotten e-mail invites for surveys with a “guaranteed $1-$3″ for taking it, but I never qualify for them. In fact I recently received an invitation for a $3 survey and was rejected for it without even getting to answer any pre-qualifying questions. Seriously considering ending me membership with them if they don’t stop wasting my time.

I have been a member of Greenfield for a couple of months now and I am canceling my membership. I receive about 4-5 survey offers PER DAY…however, only 3 of them have been for cash…$1 each AND I have only qualified for ONE paid survey. (That’s only $1 I’ve made.) Funny, but I DO qualify for all the surveys that only compensate by sweepstakes entries. I belong to too many that pay actual money, so I will no waste my time with this company.

Greenfield online is the worst survey company on the internet. They do not pay you for surveys, they enter you into contests for chances to win money. I did at least 10 surveys over the sapn of almost one year and never got paid anything.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Unless you like working for free.
The website is nicely designed but it truly is a waste of time to be a member.
Think I’m kidding you? Go ahead and join - I dare you.

I have been with Greenfield for about a 8 months now and have finally decided to call it quits. I feel I have wasted enough of my time, received nothing as far as compensation, and was completely bored. This is an awful survey site, I would NOT recommend anyone bother joining. If you do join, you will probably get tons of surveys you qualify for, however it will be for sweeps, not for money. Enough is Enough for ME !!!

Concerning Greenfield Online, at the moment, the best thing this site has going for it is its design. It just might be the best design for a survey site I have ever been a member of. It’s also one of the few survey sites that has many surveys available for you to take (depending on what you said in your 11 individual profiles) on the website itself, in comparison to most websites, where the only way to take surveys is if you get an email invitation. I really like that and it keeps me coming.
However, there is a problem with that. I would say 90-95 percent of the surveys are just for entering in the sweepstakes. They do offer cash for the remaining 5-10 percent of the surveys, but that’s even if you qualify for them, which unfortunately doesn’t happy very often. That said - when you do participate in surveys, the surveys themselves are usually pretty good and the payment is not bad either. The only other good thing going for this site is the online interactive group sessions. They also have a green giveaway, where you spin the wheel for a chance to win a prize. I have spun the wheel 45 times and have lost every single time. I have no further comment on that waste of time. You’re not even helping companies by completing surveys by doing that.
To close, I really want to like this site, but as every day goes by, I’m becoming less and less interested in completing surveys because there isn’t much of anything in it for me. My only hope is that I might win 100 to 2500 dollars from all the sweepstake entries I have received.
