I LOVE this panel! Yes, the surveys are more infrequent, and I don't earn as much as with some other panels, but their studies are always interesting and fun to complete, so it's just an added bonus that I get paid for them! They usually focus on whatever is hot in the news, so it's neat to be able to contribute my input on current events! They do, occasionally, have some bigger paying studies on serious issues. I did one a few months ago for $40, so if you do those smaller paying, fun ones, you'll probably eventually get a bigger paying one. This is definitely my top rated, as far as the quality of surveys goes!

I had joined HCD since july,2008 and earned about 75$ from them.You wont get rich from being a member of HCD,but they really paid and worth your time. They use point system(100points=1$) and average 1 or 2 surveys per week.I received many surveys with topic personal care and beverage.Sometimes they also offer online group discussion if you quality.I got one and earn 20$ for 1 hour online group discussion. I have to say their’s problem support are excellent and resolve the problem quickly either survey or payment problem. If time allowed,I would definitely recommended anybody to join the survey panel.

HCD $74.90 ($10 minimum pay out) (1000 = $10) (Joined: 2008-02-27) ($74.90 rec'd) A very consistent earner with short surveys on political subjects and other current affairs, like the Presidential debates, Superbowl ads and American Idol surveys. Most surveys pay between 100 ($1) and 600 ($6) points and their points system is the easiest to remember because 1 point equals 1 cent. The minimum cash out is 1000 points or $10. You will only receive about one survey per week at most, but they do credit you with 10 points even if you are disqualified. You should be able to cash out about once per month. Checks arrive in 6-8 weeks and, currently, HCD does not have PayPal. Technical support and customer service is better than average and you can contact HCD through via email their website or by calling 1-888-404-9393.

Who pays 4$ for a 10 minute survey? HCD. Any surveys taken with them is a white collar job. Never had a problem, I qualified to each survey they've sent, very interesting and personalized surveys, they send only their own ones. I am a member since Oct 2008 and cashed in 28, 17 and 10 dollars until now. Really professional, as this online paid surveys site is.

I have been a member of HCDSurveys since Jan. 2008 and have not made a dime. I never seem to qualify, I have been contemplating whether to unsubscribe or give HCDSurveys another chance.

I have been a member of HCD Surveys for a year and have been pleased with my membership with them. Their surveys are a little different from other sites in that they lean more towards current events and politics. Generally you will be asked to view a video (ad or news clip) and indicate your agreement or disagreement with the message. The only frustrating part is that you generally have to watch a video two or three times and the repetition is a little un-nerving. Compensation is good ranging from $1 to $5 and the survey length is usually less than 15 minutes. I receive 1 to 2 survey invites per week and successfully complete about 70 percent of them. Even if you don't qaulify you usually get a dime for your troubles. Once you reach 1000 points ($10) you can cash out. So far this year I have earned about $60 and timeliness of payment is pretty good, about six weeks. I think HCD Surveys would be a welcome addition to any survey takers portfolio.

I HAVE BENN A MEMBER OF THIS PANEL FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS, THEY REQUIRE A MNINIMUM OF $10.00 TO CASH IN. I HAVE CASHED 3 TIMES AND HAVE RECIEVED PAYMENT IN ABUT THREE WEEKS. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. YOU QUALIFY FOR ABOUT 1/3 OF THE SURVEYS, WHICH PROBOBLLY NORMAL, YOU USUALY FIND OUT IF YOU QUALIFY EARLY ON SO YOU DONT SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND THEN NOT QUALIFY. THEY SEEM TO RUN THIER OWN SURVEYS, AND DO NOT FARM THEM OUT TO PLACES LIKE OTX OR GREENFIELD
