MyView is an online market research community that offers members cash rewards and sweepstakes entries for completing surveys. Most studies offer anywhere from 2 to 15 MyView dollars for each online survey you complete. Once you have 25 MyView dollars in your account you can redeem it for $25 via PayPal. If you are a minor you can use your parents PayPal account to collect your earnings.

It’s very difficult to figure out how much you have earned and especially how much money you have in your account.
Every time you start a survey they ask you the same 4 or 5 questions. It like you have never been to their site before.
I have been a member of this site for about six months and so far it ranks among the worst I am a member of. I have received a few, if any survey invites. When you check their site for available surveys, the majority offer a sweepstakes entry for completion. I think I may have completed less than five that offer cash. And that is one of the biggest problems with this site. For some reason, it is a big secret on how much money you have earned. In order to check your reward account you have to have the confirmation ID’s on one of your completed surveys, otherwise you have to contact customer support for that information. And I have received nothing from customer support. There are many good suveys sites out there, but don’t waste your time or effort on this one.
If you go to surveypolice.com you will see many other complaints similair to mine about problems actually getting paid by myview.com: I had registered with myview.com last fall. I took many surveys — even unpaid — because I believe that market research helps to make my opinion count. As soon as I had accumulated enough rewards to receive a payout ($25) they closed my account and determined that it was fraudulent. I immediately quit because I am sure that they still used the data I provided with their clients’ accounts. I made sure to closely look at every survey so as not to trip up on one of their security questions. Today I received an email from them asking me to sign up again and take more surveys, though “After carefully reviewing your case, we have determined we will pay you the rewards that you may have earned before been marked as fraud. Given that it probably happened during the time we were reviewing our policy andmakingthe needed changes for the benefit of our members. However, even thoughwewould like to reinstate your account and offer you a second chance. It is impossible for us to re-instate your account because once a person is marked fraud; their data is deleted from our database.” I have not received any payment — this is the most condescending junk I have ever seen. They want me to take surveys, they just don’t want to pay me for it. I wonder where the money the clients gave them goes when they don’t pay the survey takers.
I try to be objective every time I complete a survey. I rate this website as very poor for different considerations. One is that you have to PRINT your confirmation, otherwise you will not be able to redeem your award or see the compensation posted in your account. Then, if the compensation could be fair for your survey they include a small software at the end that crashes your system and when you reload it , there no continuation or compensation for the survey you just took. I took a few surveys 3-4 months ago and I did not print the confirmation codes, so I can redeem 0 dollars now!
Beware of this website
This panel is very confusing. everytime you try and take a survey, an error message pops up and I have to go back to my member page then when i got to my member page, the survey was not there so i haven’t taken any surveys. There is also nowhere to see how many points you have which is pretty important. I have contacted customer support and hopefully they will help me.
MyView Survey Panel is a great legitimate Survey Panel where we can earn real money for free. Its surprising people rate this Panel so poorly. But, believe me it is really a great paying Survey Panel, and they pay our incentives by Paypal, which is a great advantage too.
I have been a member of this Panel since August, 2008 and have so far earned $320 of Paypal money. Once we comple a survey they will award us with MyView dollar which is 1 MyView dollar = $1 as well as they give us a confirmation ID. For each
survey we complete we get new confirmaiton IDs. However, we just have to remember one confirmation ID to log in to our Rewards Account. We can use the same confirmation ID everytime we log in to our account, and it is as simple as that, and there is nothing confusing.
Once we have $25 of approved money in our account we are eligible to request for redemption, and the money is transferred to our Paypal account in a week or so.
They send me surveys at least 3-4 times a week. Also I can log in to my MyView Account and take surveys from there. If we are really dedicated, we can learn lots of money from this Survey Panel, which is absolutely legitimate.
They also have great Customer Service too. If we have any trouble they solve our issues to our satisfaction. I am not sure why some people had trouble with this Survey Panel. I have never had any trouble with MyView Survey Panel and have earned a lot from them so far.
I will definitely recommend all eligible people to join this Survey Panel and avail this opportunity of earning some legitimate money.

I totaly agree with you. If there is any survey panel that you mush ahve at least $25.00 in your account before you can cash out. It is definatley a bad survey site. I am so sorry that you got to the $25 mark, and then they terminated your account. It is truly sad that there are survey companies out there that will use & dismiss peopel at will with no consideration of a persons time. I stay far & away from sites like this.

After initially being diaqualified from MyView for ‘fraudulent activity’, which was never adequately explained to me, I am now warming up to this site. MyView sends frequent surveys from $1 to $5, most of which I qualify for if I click on them within 24 hours. While many have complained about how long it takes for them to approve pending credits, they pay via PayPal in a timely manner once you reach their relatively high $25 cashout threshold and request your rewards.
They also enter you into their monthly sweepstakes, which has a Grand Prize of $500 and ten $50 prizes.
As a former active member of this site I can attest that this site is a very poor choice of a survey site to join. Customer service inquiries are brushed over with seemingly automated responses…not once was an inquiry answered. Compensation for a completed survey is minimal for the time invested compared to other sites who consistently pay higher for the same amount of time devoted to completing a survey. And getting your awards approved for payment can take up to 10 weeks, plus another 4 weeks to actually get paid. Lastly, members beware…MyView will terminate your account and disqualify your rewards for Policy Violation or Fraud with no apparent reason and refuse to provide you any clear documentation for the decision. This type of action is not isolated in the marketplace, so beware, do a search and see for yourself…it can happen. I do believe though that many members have had success and are happy with the site.
