		<description>This company is the real deal. 

It started as a small cottage industry, a sparrows&#039; spit from from a micro brewery, with 2 people doing telephone customer research and is now based in a converted mill with 40+ staff and corporate clients throughout the EC. 

They are  also first-line Survey providers, unlike some that only affiliate to Greenfield, OTX, etc, and only started online in 2008, but I can see them soon going the same way as Pinecone Research and becoming restricted membership.

How do I know? I joined up, and I also called a business I know that&#039;s near to them, and asked. 

Anyway, I signed up in October and had a few surveys from them; failed a couple of the qualifiers, but finished a few more and my first payment went thro&#039; fine in December. Surveys from them have slowed now, but so have a lot of the other research sites over the holidays.

The Customer Service seems to be well on the ball. I made a couple of errors in my signup info which were sorted out by email within the hour, with a cheery note that if I had any other questions just to email them back.  

That caught my interest so I mailed back and asked if they would be doing telephone panels via the Panelbase site, - which they would neither confirm or deny! Hmmmm.

I think Panelbase will turn out to be one of the stayers in the UK,  because they are a Customer Research business first and an online Survey provider second. 

I would definitely recommend them to the users in the UK who, like me, are addicted to paid surveys.
