Surveyhead is one of the worst sites. I joined about two or three months ago. Their $5 signup bonus is worthless because it seems like you never get the opportunity to reach the cashout amount of $25. They force you to have a paypal account because that is the only option for payment. I get invited to pretty much only otx surveys. I get an invitation that says I can earn $2 for taking a survey. I am disqualified and entered into this endless loop of question after question, same ones over and over again. trying to see if I qualify for something. At the end, I’ve spent 45 minutes and I’ve gotten nothing. I just ignore their survey invitations now. Not worth it at all.
i joined up totally willing to take time to do surveys and this site seemed excellent with the $5 sign up…..BUT every time i take a survey i get to the end only to be re directed back to surveyhead to be told i didnt qualify for that survey and i have earned no reward.i have just taken a survey titled gaming industry….i work in the gaming industry..surely i should qualify…..NO I DONT! apparently after answering all the questions.i have sent emails to survey head asking them why but i get no replys.
I get an average of 4 surveys a day. However, I have NEVER qualified for a single one! What’s the point of offering me surveys that I won’t qualify for? I’ve filled out all the profiles and still I get nothing.
I joined about three weeks or a month ago but upto now their are no surveys available for me to take. I am expecting to much from them and I am really disappointed that they don’t update or even create surveys for their users.
I tried to cash out $25 to my paypal account it is well over a month with no payment or response from surveyhead. This is one site to stay away from.
I got maybe 2 surveys in 4 months and didn’t even qualify for them once I got started.
The site is goofy looking and I am sick of waiting for surveys…it’s annoying.

I took the time to get above the $25 cashout level. However, when I tried to cashout to paypal, the link to cashout does nothing. I emailed customer service and got no response, twice. I am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau online and filing a claim for my earnings in small claims court.
I have attempted to fill surveys out with Surveyhead and have been filled with anger each and every time I get my hopes up filling out one of there surveys. Every single time I am told I can make anywhere from $10-20 filling out one of there surveys, I fill out the survey and get rejected. By the time I realise that I am not eligible to complete the survey, I have wasted 15 minutes of my time. If anything that just promotes me to lie, rather then give my honest opinion because at least then I will get compensated after spending 15 minutes of my time. The point, patience this website in particular requires A LOT of patience.
I’ve been doing survey head for abour 2 months now and think they are horrible! They don’t credit your account in a timely manner for the surveys you have done and you can’t get anyone to respond to your e-mails. IF I ever get credited for the rest of my surveys, I’m cashing out, hopefully will get paid and I’m not doing anymore for their site. Theres too many others that are legit and pay right away or within a week. I do not recommend this site.

I have been using this site for over a month, I did get to the $25 cash out in about 2 weeks, I requested payment on 11/10/08 and as of 12/03/08 still have nothing, they don’t respond to emails or anything, website says it may take up to 2 weeks to vaildate its a valid request. I recommend staying away from this one…. =( if I could give it a 0 zero I would

Ok this is a follow up to my original post…. I have FINALLY recieved payment from surveyhead, it did take over 45 days to recieve payment a far cry from their 2 week promise… anyways still sucks i had my hope of extra x-mas cash shattered but on the good note I did get paid…..and ill take rather late than never!!
I too have becaome a member of the Survey Head panel, thinking my opinion may count for something. I’m a mom of three and like to voice my opinion. I get alot of surveys when I log in to the site (most are from OTX) and I NEVER qualify for any. I have $15.50 in my account with $14.00 pending meaning I would have enough to “CASH OUT” but it takes way to long to get my rewards approved. I am a member of two other surveys sites and have gotten my rewards usually in about 2 weeks. Survey Head is not proving worth my time.
I made the mistake of signing up with surveyhead and fianlly reached my goal in Nov,i cashed out and still have yet to hear from them,stay away from this one.
Wow is this place a joke. I’ve been a member for 2 months and made a whopping $1.50 after the $5 ’sign up’ survey. Oh sure, I get about 10 surveys a week. And they all say, “You have a 50% chance of being eligible!” But EVERY SINGLE ONE disqualifies me. Often it’s an OTX one, it’ll pop up and ask, how old are you and your gender? I put in 25 male and it disqualifies me INSTANTLY. Every single time. You don’t want the opinion of a 25 year old male? Then what the hell do you want? Waste of time, not worth the effort, such a ridiculous site where you will NEVER qualify for anything. I’m a member of a few other sites that pay great and qualify me at LEAST 50% of the time. Stay away from this worthless site. It’s a joke.
I’ve been with surveyhead for 2 months and I have done well with the surveys. Just got my payment of $35 bucks into my paypal account. They do take awhile to pay you. But in the mean time you can keep doing more surveys,,,they do add up.
Surveyhead has been a big waste of time for me. In the six months I have been a member I have qualified and completed a grand total of one survey! I have attempted to take dozens of surveys during the time but, for whatever reason, never qualify. The bulk of surveys are OTX (the worst of the worst), which I refuse to take. You get a $5 bonus for signing up and can cash out when you reach $25. Based on my experience I probably will be able to cash out in about three years. There are many sites worthy of your time and attention, but this is not one of them.
I enjoyed the 5 dollar sign up and the .20 cents for completing eash personal information. So you get $6.20 for signing up and filling out personal information. For me, I have not recieved many surveys from them. Yes, OTX surveys from them are tedious. OTX surveys are also sponsored by other survey websites–not just SurveyHead. A couple of surveys I have recieved from them included actual pictures of the products I was evaluating. That made it fun and lok professional. As far as OTX surveys, I always decline their surveys because it takes 3min-5im to fiund out I did not qualify. I suggest to enroll in other free survey programs so your cash will add up while you wait for other survey sites to pay you. SurveyHead was actually my top choice out of all the other surveys because of the product pictures i experienced.
It’s quite frustraating to get through a good portion of survey only to find out you wasted your time. I’ve yet toqualify for a survey!

There is a large dose of frustration with this website. I got enough surveys to reach $25 level to redeem. After 2 weeks of redeeming I got this email”We have reviewed your recent request to cash
out funds from Surveyhead. Due to
irregularities in your account, your cash out
request has been denied. Unfortunately this
decision cannot be overturned and is final.
The reason for this decision most likely relates
to a violation of the Surveyhead terms and conditions.
I know I have never violated their rules. I hope this is not a scam site for everybody else.

It’s like climbing Mount Everest to finally be able to cash out on this site. 4 months after I started, I finally accrued $25 so I could…and now I get an email stating that I will not be paid because of a ToS violation. Unbelievable! I’ve never had any kind of problem like this with any other site. I tried contacting customer support to see what I did wrong, but I don’t expect to hear a reply. Apparently I couldn’t have done too much wrong because all of my completed surveys were marked as “Earned” as opposed to “Invalid” instead. Maybe they’re having financial problems. And the OTX thing is terrible, too. I think I’m batting about say 1 for every 10, which I guess is better than most on here, lol. Such a waste of time…
I am sick of giving loads of information only to be told I don’t qualify. How can you spend 10 minutes, sometimes longer, and be told you don’t qualify for the survey??? Although I have $16.50 in my account, I’m done! Giving up on this one. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I recently joined SurveyHead. I was thinking this site might be to good to be true. Boy,was I wrong, I just received a payment via paypal and I am excited to say, site is legit. What makes this site so unique you ask? Each survey gives a percentage on whether or not you will pass the survey and get paid. The odds may not look good, but they are better than most. Much like other survey companies, surveys vary on amount of money you will make. As added bonues of joining Surveyhead, the give you your first 5.00!! Not many survey sites do this. The cashout is 20.00 or more. I like my odds with this site and will continue to use it. You should join and see it to believe. Good Luck
I joined a while ago. it seemed legit, i did all the profile things, and got my $5 bonus for signup, so i was at $7,
im still at $7. it is impossible to complete even one of these surveys. i even get into actual product questions, and answer about 10 minutes worth, then get redirected back to the website. i feel like they get all the info they need, and then just redirect so they dont have to pay out. it is absolutely RIDICULOUS. do not go to this website, you will just be very very angry.
When I first joined Surveyhead in December, 2008 I was a little hesitant at first whether or not to join this Survey Panel, and would it really be a good use of my time.
Now, after 4 months of joining this Panel I understood how much wrong I was initially. In just 4 months I earned $120 from this Panel, and I believe it is really a great amount. This is definitely a Survey Panel for me. Further, they pay by PayPal, which really suits me.
The best thing about this Survey panel is they have a dashboard of Surveys available, which is diaplayed after logging in to their site. Against each survey, the percentage of qualifying the survey, as well as the amount to be earned for its successful completion is given, which really helps us a lot.
Most of their surveys are short and can be qualified easily. This is really an excellent survey Panel, which I failed to recognise before.
I would definitely recommend all to join this legitimate survey Panel, which lets us earn fast.

Just started doing alot of surveys with this panel and so far its been great! I have earned $31 and have $8 pending, in apporx 3-4 weeks. I just cashed out today(4-24-09) and it said paymnet should arrive 4 wks. I guess well see if I actually do recieve payment from them! Will update to this post to let you know.

I am updating my original post of 4-24-09. I did receive my cash via paypal today (5-08-09) for $31. This was only a 2 week time difference from when I requested the check. This is faster than any survey site that i belong to. I gave them a average rating in member support area as there response time to e-mails is somewhat lacking, otherwise Excellents ratings.
I joined surveyhead about 2 months ago, I’ve cashed out 35 dollars once so far and it took about 2 weeks, but I did recieve it and I also have about 27 dollars pending right now.
Sometimes it is a bit annoying being redirected back to the site after 20 minutes of answering mind numbing questions .. But from my experience with survey sites .. That happens with almost all of them.
My only big complaint with surveyhead is the length of some of the surverys. Last night I was trying to complete a survey for 2.00 that said it would take 20 minutes .. Well I kept going and going for over 45 minutes and was still nowhere near done. Sorry, but an hour or my time is not worth 2.00
Overall I think it’s a good site and an easy way to make a little extra cash .. You’re not going to become a millionaire doing surveys on any site.
i finally qualified to couple of their surveys and now it’s been a week and the results of the surveys are still pending. I don’t think I will ever make more than their advertised 7 dollars that you get once you join the site, don’t waste your time.

I have had no problems with SurveyHead at all since I joined on February 5, 2009. Although pending incentives can take up to two months to be credited, most are credited within a week or two. It took me until May 10, 2009 to reach the $25 minimum payout level and I have earned an additional $26.95 in just the past 22 days! The payment is made via PayPal promptly upon request.
You are rewarded with $5 for signing up and $0.20 for each of the 10 profiles that you complete. Most surveys pay between $1 and $3 and often you will earn $0.20 for attempting a survey that you are disqualified from.
The dashboard feature is unique among survey sites in that you see a variety of surveys along with the probability that you will qualify. The trick to earning money with SurveyHead is go to the website first thing every morning and attempt every survey available.
Of course, the OTX surveys do take longer than others to complete, but Greenfield, Global Test Market, Opinion Outpost, Mindfield, QuickRewards, the Daily Survey Panel and YourFreeSurveys all use OTX now.

i have been with surveyhead for about 2 months. i will not be taking any more surveys until my account is credited the money that is pending ($14) if anyone wants to make a complaint dont hesitate go to the better business bureau (www.bbb.com) they usually get things settled.
I have been doing this for years.I am an active member of at least 30 companies.I have earned $23 in a short while.I love te dashboard and the surveys BUT I have not reached my checkpoint so I will get back to you as soon as I receive the check.I love PAYPAL They ROCK you can get the money market account and make money.I am confident I will get paid
Every time I do a survey, I usually qualify. I already cashed out with $30.00 and I’m waiting for payment. I never qualify for the $1.00 surveys, but I usually (most of the time) qualify for the $2.00 and $3.00 surveys. Great website. (if they pay me). They take a long time to give you the amount of money for the survey you took, but as long as they give it, I don’t care. Really recommended!
I cashed out for $26.50 about three weeks after I joined. The money was in my Paypay account in six weeks.

It works. Annoying at times. But I’ve made 93.20 so far in about 3 months.
I am a middle-aged white female, which means that I am not the demographic that most survey sites are looking for. And yet I have made $97.5o with Surveyhead this year. This site is my second highest paying site that I am a member of. I have nothing bad to say about Surveyhead. I wish there were more like this one. I don’t understand why everyone gets so upset about waiting for the “pendings” to become “earned”. It states right there in the FAQs that it can take up to six weeks for these to turn from pending to earned because they are checked for legitimacy by the different sites that the surveys come from. For anyone reading this, trust me, if you honestly answer the surveys you will qualify for surveys.
Since I joined Survey head a couple of months ago I have received a payout of 29 dollars and it was in my paypal account within 3 weeks. I have 14 dollars in pending and after I can cash out again. I have no problems with them. I receive several surveys daily. I do recommend them.
Surveyhead has VASTLY improved their site and services over the past year or so.
I joined about a month and a half ago and am already cashing out and have nearly $60 worth of surveys pending. They have PayPal, Nike, and several other payout options which gives some nice variety.
Customer service has responded promptly to my Q’s and is very courteous.
There are a lot of OTX surveys but there are still many others available so it’s not that big a deal.
I do agree that things take a while to process but I’m getting paid a LOT more than most other sites like InboxDollars which gives you $0.50 per survey, no matter how long it is. I’d rather deal with pending payments of $1-10 dollars for a bit than a bunch of $0.50 surveys that take forever to add up. A little patience isn’t so bad

Yes I am a member of Surveyhead I use to get frustrated because often because I wouldn’t qualify. But I have gotten paid great earnings.If you use paypal it usually takes 7 days.
I’ve been a member for about 2 months and I have cashed out to paypal once. It took a week to receive the money. I am now waiting on my second payment to paypal and have another $11 in earned & $36 pending. On average if you don’t screen out of the surveys you can cash out by the end of the month. It does say that surveys take 4-6 weeks to close out and credit, and that has been pretty accurate for me. Some survey companies pay on a net 30 or 45 basis, so a week is pretty good to me. Once you get into the flow of doing them, you should have a decent rotation of surveys pending, confirmed, an cashed out so you’re constantly making money with them. People should not blame the survey company because they don’t qualify. You are screened out by your responses. Usually if you check surveyhead often and are among the first to respond to a posted survey, you will qualify. I think it’s a pretty good site to earn money without having to complete offers…you just need to give your opinion. It works for me. As far as customer support goes, I submitted a ticket regarding a survey error and it was answered within I believe 1-2 business days. My interaction with them was friendly an professional. I will continue to visit their site until they prove me wrong. Overall, worth the time and effort.
