On average if you don't screen out of the surveys you can cash out by the end of the month. It does say that surveys take 4-6 weeks to close out and credit, and that has been pretty accurate for me. Some survey companies pay on a net 30 or 45 basis, so a week is pretty good to me. Once you get into the flow of doing them, you should have a decent rotation of surveys pending, confirmed, an cashed out so you're constantly making money with them. People should not blame the survey company because they don't qualify. You are screened out by your responses. Usually if you check surveyhead often and are among the first to respond to a posted survey, you will qualify. I think it's a pretty good site to earn money without having to complete offers...you just need to give your opinion. It works for me. As far as customer support goes, I submitted a ticket regarding a survey error and it was answered within I believe 1-2 business days. My interaction with them was friendly an professional. I will continue to visit their site until they prove me wrong. Ok this is a follow up to my original post…. I have FINALLY recieved payment from surveyhead, it did take over 45 days to recieve payment a far cry from their 2 week promise… anyways still sucks i had my hope of extra x-mas cash shattered but on the good note I did get paid…..and ill take rather late than never!!
