I have been a member Synovate for about 4 months now and have really enjoyed it. The survey are not the most frequent, probably average about 3 per week, but they are very well designed. They tend to move very quickly and the lengths are very reasonable. The payment works on a point system which can be redeemed for gift cards to many retailers. Overall, there are better paying sites but Synovate is worth joining because it takes up very little time and the compensation is worthwhile.

I had joined Golbal opinion panel since march 2009 and had to say it hard to reach payment for me.They are not often send surveys to me also the survey reward is poor. and more annoy to me it is surveys always take long time to complete it. I know it is legit company but it is not my favorite type site. Keep watching the site......

Synovate Global Opinion Panel is a great legitimate Survey Panel. They send us online surveys as well as Product Testing. For each survey we complete successfully they give us 200-1200 Points, sometimes even more (1000 Points = $1). They send us extra surveys after a Product testing. I have been a member of Synovate Global Opinion Panel since July, 2008, and have so far earned 65000 Points (equivalent to $65), in addition to Household Products for testing. They send me surveys at least twice a week. If I don't qualify for a survey also, they give us 50 Points. Further, for each survey we take our names our entered into their sweepstakes. They pay us our incentives through Paypal which is great, and we can start claiming once we have 5000 Points ($5) in our account. They have great customer service and if we have any problem related to a survey just we have to send a mail to Marie Brighton, at the email ID marie@synovate.net. She will immediately resolve the problem to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend anybody to join this Survey Panel and start taking surveys.

This is one of the first survey panels I joined over 2 years ago. I receive an average of 2-3 surveys a week. The surveys are interesting and sometimes too long. It takes a while to earn the minimum of 5000 points to cash out for $5.

I have been a member for quite some time but recently became more active. Although I don't receive survey offers as often as I would like, I do receive a lot of extended offers (product samples, two week studies, so forth) and have been paid VERY well for each. I made about $40 in a two month period, which is pretty decent considering I didn't have to put in much time and I received free products, too!

Original Post 1/6/2009 i love doing the surveys whenever they are received. as i said i wish i could be included more often. your support is great abd i do not have a problem with that. i guess a few changes would be great for the new year;;;;; thank you (Update) a little change would certainly increase the rating. by that i mean more surveys and a change in compensation.... otherwise i find them to be very satisfactory..

I have been a member of Synovate for a long time. I think Synovate has definitely improved over time by offering points for the surveys they send and more product testing as opposed to their old system of just sending out some test products and not rewarding with points or cash when doing the surveys. Pros: Lots of opportunities to do product tesing,plenty of opportunities to keep the test products (in most cases), points to earn cash,and excellent customer service when it comes to resolving issues. They are also great about doing surveys through the mail and on the phone if a person opts in to receive them. Cons: The number of surveys a person receives can widely vary each month,each survey does not always result in test products and not all product testing is fun or good, the amount of their points to earn even $5 or $10 USD is a bit low (not always equivalent to the length and time and effort put into a survey) and so it can take awhile to build up the points, and checks can take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. I really enjoy Synovate and have been pretty happy with them. I have been inundated with test products this past month and plenty of surveys. I've cashed out twice already and have a bit of extra spending money for Christmas. I really would recommend them if a person is looking for a company to earn a few dollars here and there and enjoys testing products and giving their honest feedback and opinions!!

I enjoy getting things in the mail and test them. They are really needed in a home. Synovate seems to work with reputable companies and nice products. Otherwise I do not get much monetary compensations for the surveys I take. 9 months since I've joined, 5 dollars cash. But they have nice customer service, though.

I like the thought of getting cash for surveys but I feel that there needs to be more surveys. I just received a check in the mail yesterday for $10.00 for doing a survey that I took a few months back. And I don't remember taking a survey since that one. Id like to be able to do more surveys than I do now

I joined Synovate (GlobalOpinionsPanel) I believe it was May of this year. I have only been paid twice,but been paid nonetheless. Surveys are usually not too long, in fact most are usually under ten minutes. Synovate also sends products to test,keep, and give your opinion or ask you to do a survey on product after some time has passed for you to test product. Good site for anyone wanting to get paid for trying new products and for giving their opinion about a variety of things.

Synovate Global Opinion Panels gives you points to complete surveys. Each point is worth 1/10 of a cent, and you can redeem your points for cash once you have reached 5000 points ($5), which is the lowest cashout minimum of any survey site I know of. Most surveys pay between 200 and 1500 points ($.20 - $1.50), making their compensation a bit less than some other survey sites; their surveys usually last 20-30 minutes each. Synovate also offers compensation for product tests -- I have done one product test with Synovate, and received 5750 points ($5.75) for it. I have cashed out three times (a total of $30) in the 10 months I have been a member of Synovate, and it usually takes about 4 weeks for me to receive my check. I receive survey invitations from this panel less often than from other survey sites -- about once every other week -- but I almost always qualify for them. The best thing about Synovate is their outstanding member support. Just this week, I had a problem with a survey -- I completed 75% of it, when all of a sudden I was brought to a page that said I didn't qualify, and I only received 50 points for it instead of the promised 1100. I emailed member support explaining the issue, and they emailed me back within 3 days, apologizing for the inconvenience. They ended up crediting my account with the full promised amount for the survey. I was highly impressed, because with most survey sites, you're on your own if you encounter a problem or do not receive full compensation. Overall, you may not earn as much money with Synovate as you would with other survey sites because of their less frequent surveys and slightly lower compensation; however, it's still well worth being a member, if only because of their extremely reliable payment and excellent member service. Also, since they target their surveys very accurately, you're more likely to qualify for most of the surveys you are invited to; this means you'll waste less time filling out qualifying screeners for surveys you won't qualify for. This is a good survey site to join, especially if you are truly interested in expressing your opinion about products and services.

It seems as though you will receive surveys which they have no intention of giving out the points for. I have only been doing them for a couple of months but have already had 2 instances where I went through a lengthy survey only to be told I did not qualify. Most sites determine this in a few minutes. Last night I spent 40 minutes on a survey which was to last 50 minutes and was at 84% completion when they decided I didn't qualify. Looks to me like they got the info they needed without having to pay out points.

I stopped getting surveys about three months ago without any notice. I then tried to cash out some of the rewards points I'd saved up. I've been waiting about two months now for that check to get past the "Pending" status. Customer support has resulted in there finding whatever way possible to circumvent the answer.

At the start of doing surveys I kind of neglected this survey site. I'm happy I am starting to complete these. It only takes 5000 points to reach cashout, and generally the surveys I have received are around 1500 points. I have also just this week received an email from Synovate stating that their surveys are going to start being worth double what they were. That is a big bonus! Two surveys and you will be ready for cashout!

This site is ok. They do pay you when they say, but you dont get a lot of surveys offered. Also it usually takes some time before new surveys are posted. If you check each month though you should get at least one new survey. Of course it does vary depending on what your profile is, and what surveys they feel you match.

I have been a synovate member for quite some time. Although, I have been made aware that this company is known to send out some high paying surveys (not your normal $2 to $3) I have not been so lucky to receive any. I have received quite a few for points, I would say on average about 2-3 per month. I think overall the surveys are pretty long for points, but if it were offered for cash I would say it was about the norm. There definately needs to be a wider array of surveys for cash, but there is a wonderful staff behind it all, and with the right demographics you may get lucky.
